groupon voucher number

My groupon is expiring today and i am not able to apply it to the order for set of Soma pillows. It says that my voucher code has reached its usage limit??? as there is no one to talk to today, it will be too late by Monday! I have contacted Groupon and they instructed me to contact you????

I had placed an order about 2 years ago for the two pillows for $44, but did not know how to complete the order. I had thought that when placed the order with Groupon and paid for it, that was all there was to it. Then I forgot about it. Now when I learned what I was supposed to do, it may have been too late. I sent an email several weeks ago to Somus, but have not seen a response. If the pillows are not available right now, then I will just wait until they are. I am an 83 year old retiree, and I do not always get things right.

Hi there,

I did pull up your previous email request and see that a reply was sent to you – sorry if you haven’t received that! Please provide me with your Groupon voucher code (this should be 8 capital letters long and can be found under “My Groupons” on your Groupon account). If it is just very recently expired, I can place the order for you as our pillows are available. If it expired a while ago, I can adjust the code to deduct $44.00 off any Somus purchases of $44.00 or more.

I AM trying to placed an order for the two pillows for $33, but I am not able to redeem my groupon code. When placed the order with Groupon and paid for it, that was all there was to it. Then I received the email Staten log in to this website in oder to complete your order. I also contacted Groupon to ensure the redemption code was correct, and the cose is correct. However, when entering the code into the allowed discount box when I click on apply. I receive a error message Staten the code is not valid.What do I need to do in order to receive my purchase?

There was a glitch in our system this weekend where Groupon codes were not uploading properly to the system. It has been resolved now, but if you are still having trouble, please provide me with your Groupon redemption code (this should be 8 capital letters long) and I can look into the issue for you
