The number you provided is the Groupon order number, but it does not necessarily mean you have completed you order. When you purchased your Groupon Deal, you were charged for the Groupon voucher code you received, which is an eight digit code made of capital letters. This redemption voucher code can be found under “My Groupons” on your Groupon account. You should be able to click “View Voucher” or “Print Voucher” to see the code. If you are unable to find this code, you must contact Groupon directly and they can provide it for you. This voucher code needs to be redeemed on the Somus website to place an order for the Somus™ Supreme Memory Foam Comfort Pillow – 2 Pack. Below are the instructions to do so:
1. Go to: http://www.somus.com/somus-supreme-memory-foam-comfort-pillow-2-pack/ (for Somus™ Supreme Memory Foam Comfort Pillow – 2 Pack)
2. Select the Standard size and make sure the Quantity of your order is “1”. Click Add to Cart.
3. Fill out your customer information, shipping method, and payment information.
4. On the right side of the page you’ll see a Coupon Code box where you may enter your Groupon Voucher code. Click apply to redeem and reduce the cost of the products to $0.00 plus designated shipping charges ($4.00 for US states, $9.00 for Canada, Hawaii, Alaska).
5. Please review your shipping, billing and payment information and then click “Complete Order”. Once you complete your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via email, as well as shipping and tracking information once your order ships out.
